The free test

When you test a site we keep the address you typed, the results and the time. To limit abuse we also keep a salted hash of your connection's address with the test, never the address itself. Each result has an unguessable link and is not listed in search engines. We delete test results 30 days after the test.

To grade speed, we send the site's address to Google's PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report services; Google then loads the page itself. We read the site's public pages ourselves for everything else.

The full report by email

If you ask for the full report we keep your email address, the business name, service and city you gave, the test it belongs to, the version of the consent line you saw, and the time. A person at Agile Media Agency gets a notice of each request by email. If you never open the confirmation link, we delete your request 90 days after it arrived. Once you confirm, we keep it as a customer contact until you ask us to remove it.

Confirming runs two extra checks for the full report. The AI sample asks a few questions that name your business, service and city of Anthropic's Claude and, when we have it set up, Google's Gemini, and shows what they answered. When we have it set up, Google Web Risk checks the site's address against Google's lists of unsafe sites. Those services receive only those questions and the address, under their own terms: anthropic.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy.

The monitoring list

If you join the monitoring list on the fixes page we keep your email address, the page you joined from and the time, and a person gets a notice. We use it only to tell you when monitoring launches, and we keep it until you ask us to remove it.

The inquiry form

When you send the quote form we keep what you typed (name, email, phone if given, what you want, when, and your description) with the time it arrived. We use it only to answer you about your request.

Each inquiry is also e-mailed to us once, so a person reads it. That e-mail stays in our mailbox. Sends from a connection past the spam limit below are kept, marked, but not e-mailed. A send Turnstile cannot confirm (below) is kept and e-mailed, marked.

We delete inquiries 24 months after they arrive.

To limit spam, the form counts sends from each connection for an hour. It keeps only a salted hash of the connection's address, never the address itself, and deletes those counts within two days.

Services we use

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers every page and protects the site from abuse. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each visit (your IP address, the page asked for, your browser) to do that, under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending them. It runs on Cloudflare's servers under the same privacy policy and sets no advertising cookie.

Our notices to ourselves, and the email with your report link, are sent through Cloudflare's email service.

The email box and the monitoring list use the same spam checks: Turnstile, a hidden field, and a count of sends per connection kept as a salted hash and deleted within two days.

Removing your details

To have an inquiry, a report request or a list sign-up removed, with the e-mails about it, send the inquiry form with "Please remove my details" in the description, from the same e-mail address.
